• Online student account creation and management
• AI-generated multiple-choice questions delivered via the browser
• Digital exam sessions with instant scoring and feedback
• Access to a personal performance dashboard

None of these involve any physical delivery.

2. Digital Delivery — How It Works

Upon successful payment for an Active or Pro plan, your account is upgraded and access is granted immediately — typically within minutes of payment confirmation from PayU. No download, installation, or physical delivery is required.

• Free Plan: Instant access upon email verification at registration
• Active / Pro Plans: Activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation (usually immediate)

If your plan is not activated within 24 hours of a successful payment, please contact us at admin@chaptertest.in with your payment reference number.

3. Geographic Availability

ChapterTest.in is accessible from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. Our content is specifically designed for Indian school curricula (CBSE, and Indian state boards). Students outside India may register and use the platform, though the question content is aligned to Indian boards.

Payment is currently accepted in Indian Rupees (INR) only, via PayU's supported Indian payment methods (debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, wallets).

4. No Physical Address Required

Since we deliver no physical goods, we do not collect or require a delivery address. Your school name and state (optional fields) are collected for academic classification purposes only, not for delivery.
