AI Generation vs AI Evaluation — What Is the Difference?
These are two distinct capabilities that are often confused. It is important to understand what we offer today and what is on the roadmap.
AI Generation (what Chapter Wise Test does now) means using AI to create the questions themselves. The student still selects an answer from four choices. The marking is deterministic — there is a single correct answer and the system checks whether you picked it.
AI Evaluation (coming in Version 2) means using AI to assess a student's free-text written answer. The student types a long answer, and the AI reads it, understands the content, and provides a score plus detailed feedback. This is a significantly harder problem and requires a different approach.
