1. About ChapterTest.in

ChapterTest.in is an AI-powered multiple-choice question (MCQ) practice platform for Indian school students (Classes 9–12). The platform is operated by WebRise Technologies, based in Tamil Nadu, India. We provide a purely digital service — no physical products are sold, manufactured, or delivered at any time.

2. Eligibility

To use ChapterTest.in you must be:

• A school student enrolled in Classes 9–12, or a parent/guardian registering on their behalf
• Capable of entering into a legally binding agreement, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
• Not previously suspended or removed from ChapterTest.in

By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@chaptertest.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

One person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to bypass plan session limits is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.

4. Plans, Pricing & Payments

ChapterTest.in offers three subscription plans:

• Free Plan: ₹0 — 3 exam sessions, 1-year validity from registration
• Active Plan: ₹350 per year — 12 exam sessions, 1-year validity
• Pro Plan: ₹899 per year — unlimited exam sessions, 1-year validity

All plans are restricted to chapters within your registered grade/class. Payments for paid plans are processed securely through PayU Payment Gateway. Your plan activates upon successful payment confirmation. We reserve the right to revise plan pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Nature of Service — Digital Only

ChapterTest.in is an entirely digital platform. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. All services — including AI-generated MCQ questions, exam sessions, results, and explanations — are delivered electronically through our website. There is nothing to return, exchange, or physically deliver.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute AI-generated question content
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's servers or networks
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ChapterTest.in — including AI-generated questions, explanations, website design, logos, and text — is the exclusive property of WebRise Technologies or its licensors. You may use the content solely for personal, non-commercial exam practice. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Questions are generated by artificial intelligence and intended for practice only. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. ChapterTest.in does not guarantee that all questions or explanations are error-free. Please report errors to admin@chaptertest.in and always cross-reference authoritative textbooks for official examination preparation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, ChapterTest.in and WebRise Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of data, exam marks, or academic outcomes. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend the service temporarily for maintenance, with advance notice where possible.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time by emailing admin@chaptertest.in. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of paid plan fees.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of ChapterTest.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of ChapterTest.in after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
